Neapolitan Marinara Sauce

Our marinara sauce is made in the traditional Neapolitan style. We use only the finest imported San Marzano tomatoes, Colavita olive oil and a unique blend of spices and fresh herbs. Marinara sauce has traditionally been used to enhance the mild taste of linguini or ziti; but can be used as a dipping sauce for finger foods such as fried mozzarella cheese sticks and even calzone or Stromboli. Italian Vodka Sauce

Our Vodka sauce is made in the traditional style. We use only the finest imported San Marzano tomatoes, Colavita olive oil, heavy cream, onions, Pecorino Romano cheese, vodka, butter and a unique blend of spices. We recommend serving our Vodka sauce over penne pasta, or fettuccini to add a modern twist to the classic Fettuccini Alfredo.
